How much will my Caravan Holiday Home Cost?
Total Cost of Pitch Fee & Rates 2017 is £2,445 (Excluding metered charges & Insurance)
Due in October: Pitch Fees + Gas + Insurance
Pitch fees run from October to October and are payable in advance. The cost for the 2017 season is £1815.
LPG Gas is individually metered via underground gas pipes from a bulk tank, so no chance of running out of gas! All charges are at unit price.
All caravans must be insured. Insurance cover is available at the Park Office. Call in the Reception for more details of cover and for a quote.
Due in April: Rates + Electricity
The Rates (including water, refuse, local authority charges etc) for the 2017 season is £630 for the year.
All pitches have an individually metered 32 AMP electrical supply and all charges are at unit price.
The Sale price you see on the caravan window is what you pay. There are no hidden extras. All prices include siting, connection and testing.
